As a pet-friendly community, we allow our residents to keep up to three pets (cats or dogs). The third pet must be a cat or dog weighing less than 35 pounds. According to the maturity of the breed (no more than three dogs allowed in an upstairs apartment).

All dogs must be registered with the Fort Drum Veterinary Clinic, vaccinations current, microchipped and licensed in the City of Leray.
